When you submit the contact form (either the site-wide popup or the /contact page), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you're interested in, your project details, and budget (if provided). This is used only to respond to your inquiry — we don't sell it, rent it, or use it for anything else.
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives what you submit in order to deliver it to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — things like which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location (city/country level, not precise) and device/browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@riznexia.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information (like financial account details) through the contact form.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
